I had purchased an Airstream logo metal plate cover from Airstream, but needed the plate hardware and protective cover. So I called for some help and got great customer service to make sure I got all I needed. He genuinely cared. He (forgive me I forgot his name) was from either finance or accounting and not even in customer service. I am getting ready to order another set up for my Truck . Thank you
